Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Say Yes jewelry item, contact alan@sayyesdiamonds.com and please assign the order number, along with reason for return. 

Once your return is approved, the item can be returned anytime within your 30 day try on period and must meet the following criteria to receive a full refund (minus $150 Restocking Fee) or exchange:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition. 
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned with no signs of ware or damage.
  • The original diamond must returned in its original setting with the original certification. 
  • The item can not be altered in anyway.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend all items sent back are insured at the original retail price with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipment.

We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Repair and Cleaning Procedure

We will resize (free one time) and professionally clean any Say Yes jewelry items for free! Yet, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Simply send your request for re-sizing and cleaning to alan@sayyesdiamonds.com. Upon approval, please ship the item and we will carry out your request as needed.

Custom/Bespoke Ring Orders

If you have a specific engagement or wedding band design in mind, that you do not see in our Line Up, please feel free to contact us at alan@sayyesdiamonds.com Send us your specific requirements and we will quote you accordingly.

Delivery and Shipping Policy

Our shipping is totally free! We ship anywhere in Canada, United States and World Wide. All items are fully insured during shipping. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipment. If any items are lost or arrive damaged, please contact us at alan@sayyesdiamonds.com and we will launch an investigation with Malca Amit and FedEx.

Shipment confirmations will be provided with a tracking number upon your Say Yes ring order. So you can keep an eye on where it is at all times.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering the item. If the item has been shipped already, you may return it for a full refund, minus the shipping costs.

Please contact us at alan@sayyesdiamonds.com to notify us as soon as you can within the 24hour period to ensure the cancelation.
